Mendoza & Associates is providing comprehensive construction management services for the construction of a new, four-lane alignment and widening project in the City of Fresno, the last programmed project in the County’s Measure C Program. The project includes mass grading and earthwork balancing, new drainage facilities, one pump station, three box girder bridges, four traffic signals, PCCP and asphalt concrete placement, structural signs, concrete barriers, and guardrails. Our services include CPM schedule reviews and approvals, SWPPP plan review and approval; environmental compliance; survey control, materials testing, and day-to-day inspection management. In addition, our team provides daily reports, project correspondence and cost analysis; prepares and recommends contract change orders; prepares monthly progress payments; monitors potential claim reviews; and will manage final project closeout. This project is within the Caltrans Right-of-Way; therefore, Mendoza & Associates works closely with Caltrans designers of record and construction oversight personnel to ensure a successful project built to Caltrans Standards.
